Return Policy

We hope you feel confident in your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

We accept returns on unopened and unused decks within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the deck must be in its original packaging and in new condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping fees are not refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.
