Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened card decks within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• unused and in new condition
• in its original packaging
• free from wear, damage, or markings

Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• original shipping charges are non-refundable
• return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

Refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
