I really enjoyed reading these cards. My husband is dying from lung and brain cancer so to me these cards are helping me through the beginning of the grieving and will carry me throughout. I'm losing my marbles right now and each card helps to bring me back.
Theses cards have been so nice to read and look at. They are wonderful little reminders of so many different aspects of grief and I have really liked them.
Because Art Heals is a great 52-card set that combines beautiful art, self-reflection, encouragement, and healing through affirmation and introspection, and as someone who loves art, this set is a pick-me-up on days I miss my grandmother, who passed away. On the days that are harder than others, I pick up this set, gaze at the art, reflect on its beauty, and truly ponder the messages on the cards' backs. These cards are cathartic to say the least for anyone dealing with grief.
These cards helped to lift my spirit a little each day by giving me meaningful sayings and beautiful art in each card. I keep them in my desk for times when I get down and they bring a bit of brightness to my space.

These cards are awesome! The design is stunning and comforting just to look at. I love how they combine art with reflection. It feels very intentional and grounding. They’ve helped me slow down and process things in a way most "self-help" items don't. They are helpful without being "too much," which makes them a great alternative to traditional sympathy cards. Highly recommend!

This deck feels more like a daily ritual than a product. The combination of art and messages is intentional and grounding, calming and effective, inviting reflection. The combination of the two, shifts the entire tone of my day.
What a stunning way to process loss. There are so many ways to use this deck and I suppose everyone will find their own process. For me, I find that just randomly picking a card, first really look at the art and take a few moments to reflect. Let your mind drift away and push out all the distractions, then turn it over and read the message. Close your eyes and think about it.It's a bit of a meditative thing. To just go through that process every morning and clear away negative thoughts and embrace some new thinking.Try it. It really works. Such a simple thing.
